Welcome to Fall Quarter!<\/span><\/strong> I hope your first week goes smoothly. \u00a0As we start the quarter, I have some important info to share:<\/p>\n

  1. Check Instructor Briefcase frequently<\/strong> this week to make sure the students in your face-to-face classes are on your roll sheets.\u00a0\u00a0Friday, September 25, is the last day to add a student to your class without the dean\u2019s permission.<\/li>\n
  2. Concerned about a student?<\/strong>\u00a0You can report your concerns or find out what to do next at this link: \u00a0http:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/reportconcerns<\/a>\/<\/li>\n
  3. An Adjunct Faculty Orientation Session<\/strong> will be offered this\u00a0Friday\u00a0(Sept. 25) in the Faculty Commons. \u00a0For more information, check out their events calendar:\u00a0http:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/facultycommons\/2015\/08\/05\/fall-orientations\/<\/a><\/li>\n
  4. Publish your Canvas course(s)<\/strong>, so you can post syllabi, handouts, assignments (in case of absence or emergency), and administer student evaluations. \u00a0For more information about how to get started on Canvas, check out this link:\u00a0http:\/\/depts.bellevuecollege.edu\/helpdesk\/employees\/canvas\/<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    You may already know that I\u2019ve moved offices (to R230K, next to the stairwell). \u00a0Please feel free to drop by whenever my door is open (really\u2014you\u2019re not bothering me). \u00a0You can also make an appointment if that\u2019s more convenient.<\/p>\n
