These funds are distributed on a first come, first served basis.<\/p>\n<p>If you would like to request funds, please sign, complete and submit the attached form, along with the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a separate rationale statement<\/li>\n<li>how much PD funding you have received in the previous year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note that there are quarterly deadlines to submit requests exceeding <strong><span style=\"color: #008000\">$750<\/span><\/strong>, which must be approved by all chairs in the division.
