{"id":518,"date":"2014-12-12T08:34:50","date_gmt":"2014-12-12T16:34:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/commons.bellevuecollege.edu\/artsandhumanities\/?page_id=518"},"modified":"2015-04-03T07:15:02","modified_gmt":"2015-04-03T14:15:02","slug":"drop-procedure","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/commons.bellevuecollege.edu\/artsandhumanities\/drop-procedure\/","title":{"rendered":"Drop Procedure"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #008000\">Instructor Drop for No-Show Students<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><a title=\"Link to Enrollment Services\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/services\/bigchanges\/faq\/#instructordrop\">Link to Enrollment Services<\/a>\u00a0 (\u2190)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Students who <strong>do not<\/strong> attend class <strong>during the first two class<\/strong> meetings of the quarter and <strong>do not contact the instructor in advance<\/strong> may be dropped from the class at the instructor&#8217;s discretion.<\/li>\n<li><strong>For online and hybrid classes<\/strong>, students who do not log in to the the class web site by the end of the second day of the quarter and do not contact the instructor in advance may be dropped at the instructor&#8217;s discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Instructor-initiated drop requests must be submitted within the 100% refund period: the submission deadline is 3:00 pm on the FIFTH day of the quarter, with the exception of summer when it is the THIRD day. \u00a0It is important to take careful attendance, check e-mail\/phone messages, and try to contact a no-show student before submitting a drip request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The instructor-initiated drop request form is located at:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a title=\"http:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/records\/instructor-initiated-drop-request-form\/\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/records\/instructor-initiated-drop-request-form\/\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/records\/instructor-initiated-drop-request-form\/<\/a><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #008000\">\u00a0Important Dates for Winter Quarter 2015<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><strong>\u25ca January 2, 2015 at 9:00 am<\/strong> &#8211; The waitlist stops enrolling students into classes<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u25ca January 4, 2015 at 11:59 pm<\/strong> &#8211; Deadline for students to register for classes via online registration<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u25ca January 5, 2015<\/strong> \u00a0&#8211;
