CHEESE\u2019S<\/em>, followed by an informal Q&amp;A and refreshments.&nbsp; This  event co-sponsored by the Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion and BC\u2019s literary magazine, <em>Belletrist<\/em>.<br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>FRIDAY, NOV 8 \u2013 NATIONAL FIRST-GENERATION  COLLEGE STUDENT DAY | Buttons<\/strong> are available at the front desk area  in<strong> R230<\/strong> <strong>NOV 4-8<\/strong>.&nbsp; Bellevue College will be having a series of activities on this day, one of which includes faculty, staff, and students wearing buttons stating \u201c<strong>I am a First-Generation College Student<\/strong>\u201d or \u201c<strong>I support First-Generation College Students<\/strong>.\u201d&nbsp; Wearing these buttons will showcase the success of those faculty and staff who were first-generation college students while also supporting those BC students who are first-generation.&nbsp; <strong>OTHER ACTIVITIES<\/strong> on <strong>NOV 8<\/strong> will include a table in the cafeteria which will feature stories of success from first-generation faculty and staff, distribution of buttons to students, light refreshments, and a photo booth.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"color:#c59d70\" class=\"has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong>A&amp;H POTLUCK INVITATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>WEDNESDAY, NOV 13<\/strong> | 11 a.m. \u2013 2 p.m., R230 Lunchroom space | It is that time of the quarter when a potluck seems to be in order.
