In addition some to new functionality and features, the footprint of CRM will increase to include the following units:<\/p>\n<p>Academic Advising<br \/>\nAcademic Success Center<br \/>\nFinancial Aid (Student Central)<br \/>\nBusiness Relations Committee (TBD)<br \/>\nInstitutional Advancement<\/p>\n<p>Enhancements include the implementation of Security roles, a repository for Educational Plans, a check-in\/tracking system for labs, email integration and<br \/>\nuser guides\/training.
