The target launch date is July 1, 2016.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a name=\"annual\"><\/a>Annual Unit Planning<\/strong><br \/>\nTwo task forces, convened\u00a0in winter and spring of 2015, developed\u00a0a format for unit planning.\u00a0Annual Unit Planning will be rolled out in alignment with the new governance system.
