{"id":288,"date":"2015-04-22T12:51:46","date_gmt":"2015-04-22T19:51:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/commons.bellevuecollege.edu\/ourfuture\/?p=288"},"modified":"2015-04-22T13:33:42","modified_gmt":"2015-04-22T20:33:42","slug":"campus-invited-to-comment-on-governance-report","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/commons.bellevuecollege.edu\/ourfuture\/2015\/04\/22\/campus-invited-to-comment-on-governance-report\/","title":{"rendered":"Campus Invited to Comment on Governance Report"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The coordinated strategic planning processes, conducted during AY 2013-2014, resulted in new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/futurevision\/plans\/strategic\/\">strategic<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/futurevision\/plans\/academic-master\/\">academic master<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bellevuecollege.edu\/futurevision\/plans\/student-affairs\/\">student affairs<\/a> plans. Governance and planning emerged as immediate issues of that work. As a result, President Rule established a Reinventing Governance Task Force (RGTF) and charged its members to examine governance models from other institutions and determine the parameters for a successful system. The RGTF met for a total of seven sessions in January, February, and March.<\/p>\n<p>Following the submission of <a href=\"\/\/commons.bellevuecollege.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2015\/04\/A-Report-to-the-President-from-the-Reinventing-Governance-Task-Force.pdf\">A Report to the President from the Reinventing Governance Task Force<\/a>, President Rule\u00a0asked that the RGTF continue its work by soliciting comment from all campus constitutencies.
