Monica Aufrecht (she/her)

I teach Biomedical Ethics and Environmental Ethics at Bellevue College. My research explores bioethics and disability, and the ethics of science, the environment, and distributive justice, with publications on structural climate emissions and the ethics of climate migration.

I received a Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Washington. I also taught at the University of Washington, Simon Fraser University, Linfield College, and the Seattle Colleges, in addition to Bellevue College.
