♦ On Thursday, July 16, Katie Austin-Miranda arrived home at 4:30 p.m. with thoughts of preparing dinner.  Shortly after she pulled her car into the carport, her Kia caught on fire quickly spreading to the home.  Thankfully everyone got out of the house, even their family pet dog.  However, their home burned to the ground.  Complete devastation for the family of three.  The Arts & Humanities Division would like to help Katie and her family get back on their feet.  We are accepting cash and/or Gift cards (Safeway, QFC, Fred Meyer, Macy’s etc) on Katie’s behalf.  Newspaper Article
