BULLDOG PANTRY FOOD DRIVE CHALLENGE – Oct. 7 – 11

  • You can make a difference and positively impact the lives of our students. Please bring non-perishable food items to Arts & Humanities, R230.  Items should be easy for students to heat up or be ready to eat.

    Suggested items: easy snacks i.e. raisins, apple sauce, diced peaches, or pears (in six-pack package), nuts, pop tarts, pop corn,
    granola/protein bars, peanut butter & Jelly, instant oatmeal, Cup-O-Noodles, crackers, ready to eat food items (w/pop tops) soups, spaghetti, ravioli, beefaroni, Lasagna, Mac and Cheese.  And food item is accepted as long as its in its original package.

    **The department with the most food items will win a trophy.  Student Programs took the title away from us last year, let’s all do what we can do get the winning title back.**

ART GALLERY DEDICATION

  • TUESDAY, OCT. 8Ceremony to dedicate the Art Gallery in Bob Purser’s name.  | 4 p.m. | Art Gallery Space, D271

    Author Tiffany Midge-Native Washingtonian and enrolled member of the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation-will read from her latest collections, BURY MY HEART AT CHUCK E. CHEESE’S, followed by an informal Q&A and refreshments.  This event co-sponsored by the Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion and BC’s literary magazine, Belletrist.
