The Writing Lab
has recently been awarded a “2015-2016 BC Foundation Mini-Grant.”  Writing Lab staff will explore technology which will be used for an automated chick-in system to review lab usage to better serve students.  Special thanks to Kayleen Doornbos, Ron Holland and David Lopez-Kopp for developing and writing the grant.

Congratulations

English instructor, Elisabeth Kraus, was recently honored to contribute a chapter to a book entitled Teacher, Mother, Scholar: Reenvisioning Motherhood in the Academy. The book was published in October, and was featured December 2015 in Inside Higher Ed.  The article mentions Elisabeth by name, and references that she teaches for Bellevue College.
